What was the highlight of Club Esse Roccaruja Hotel

Overpriced what you get for.

The hotel was in front of the beach, which is really nice. The sea was crystal clear. Balcony was cool. Breakfast was good!

Very old room, beds and furniture. A/C only on or off, you can’t adjust the Temperature. Overpriced - €140 for one night in September.

Was good not the best

The breakfast was lovely and such a fantastic location literally walked in 5 minutes to la palosa beach. Housekeeping everyday and very good.

The pool wasn't open all day and the beach wasn't great. Apart from the lovely lady at the reception staff wasn't really interested or reacted with the English. The hotel bus doesn't cater for bed and breakfast. Also when you go in for breakfast you have to ask where to sit not like club Esse cala bitta where you can sit anywhere. Also you can't make your own coffee you have to wait for ages in a queue. Likewise you have to pay for sunbeds on the beach and also I think by the pool which there are only a handful anyway.

Very Good

Great location, near to the La Pelosa beach with amaizing hotel staff. Good restaurant, strong range of food and excellent coffee during the breakfast. Air conditioning in the room works well in 35degrees. I felt the Italian hospitality and friendly athmosphare.

The building is old and not renovated. Need to invest to facelift of the estate.

Good

The location only as we could walk along the beach to La pelosa.

The rooms smell musty and look very dated and beds not very comfortable. I dislike how wifi is only in common areas. The property grounds looks run down: the grass needed to be cut, the kids play area was completely dirt and no grass, there appeared to be a small kids pool or jacuzzi in the same area which was completely brown and green. The pool isn’t open all day. This is a tourist area- the pool should be open all day long without siesta. I wouldn’t say this is a 4 star by any means, but I am Canadian so perhaps my expectations are much higher??

The views and location were fabulous, and it was great value for money.

Lovely staff, fantastic food. Room let it down but only slightly. We're not that fussy.

The main communal part of the hotel is new and very nicely laid out. Breakfast is amazing... Never tasted bacon like it, cooked freshly infront of you.

Our room was slightly dated, and unfortunately our door was left open after house service had been in?! Not sure what happened there. Also our patio door hardly worked.
